Goods are normally despatched within 1-3 days of receiving the order. Smaller items are sent by Royal Mail Recorded or Interlink Express. Both these services require a signature so it is important that someone is available to sign for the parcel. Please make arrangements or give an address where someone will be in to receive the parcel. Larger items are sent on vehicles with tail lifts. For items such as 2 or 4 post lifts it is best to have a fork lift available as they are heavy. We often deliver lifts by our own transport and these vehicles have cranes making delivery and postioning of the lift easier. Some delivery prices on the larger items are not advertised as we try and obtain the best rate when the item is ordered.
Our returns policy is that wrongly ordered goods can be returned within 14 working days and we will refund the amount paid for the item less the initial cost of sending out the goods. Wrongly ordered goods may be subject to a 15% re-stocking fee, The Buyer will be responsible for the return cost of wrongly ordered goods. Faulty goods returned within 14 orking days will be replaced or refunded including the cost of sending the goods out. Goods deemed faulty and retuned after 14 working days will be inspected prior to offering a refund.
On larger items that are wrongly order or are deemed faulty or have developed a fault call the office to discuss the problem. Your statutory rights will not be affected, but due to the size and complexity of some of the product, arrangements to resolve any issues are best discussed with the office
